Beef Noodle Skillet
The Protein Powerhouse.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Diced Onion (1 tbsp Onion Powder)
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves (3/8 tsp Garlic Powder)
- 1lb Ground Beef (Can sub with impossible)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 3/4lb Noodles
- 2 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp half and half
- Salt/Pepper
Steps
- Heat butter in a large skillet. Medium Heat.
- Add Onion and Garlic, char for 1 minute.
- Add beef, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer beef for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Add noodles, broth, 1 cup water, mustard, paprika, and worcestershire.
- Bring to simmer. Cook pasta al dente, adding water if needed. About 12 minutes.
- Add in half and half + greek yogurt, stir for 1 minute.
